Tampering Detection supports "Report false video analytics events"
When users find the tampering detection event is not correct, they can click "Report false video analytics events" link to allow VIVOTEK collect the video for analysis. Previously, only line crossing, intrusion, loitering, and missing/unattended object detection supported "Report false video analytics events." Now, tampering detection also supports it.
Data storage location selection
When user creates an organization, the data storage location can be selected to be either in United States or Japan. Only video and image data will be stored in the selected region.
"FW update failed" being added into system event and alarm amangement.
Now users can be notified if FW upgrade is unsuccessful.
Retain group option while adding the next device.
Users save time by not having to choose group again.
