New cloud storage location for Germany now available, offering data sovereignty, and enhanced reliability for customers in the EU region.

Display of Organization License Status

VORTEX now displays the organization's license status directly within the organization information, allowing users to easily view and monitor the current license status.

Support VIVOTEK Network Speaker AU-003/004 and Auto Messages

VORTEX now supports the latest Network Speakers, AU-003 and AU-004, released by VIVOTEK. Using a VORTEX camera as a bridge, you can easily integrate the Network Speaker into your organization. Furthermore, it supports uploading multiple audio files and automatically plays pre-recorded messages when an alarm is triggered to deter intruders.

Device offline delay time

Introduce a delay for device offline events, triggering a system event only when the status remains unchanged for the specified delay duration. Selectable delay times are 3, 5, 10, or 15 (default) minutes.

Snooze all personal notification for users

Users now can mute all personal notifications in one button under my account section. This feature is available for both portal and app.

P2P/Relay Status Adjustment

P2P or Relay status display has been relocated from its previous position to the Device Information section for improved clarity and organization.

Bug fix

Remove the people/vehicle bounding box displayed on the view cell when you use Free Cloud-Managed Service organizations, as this feature is not supported.

Resolved an issue where ONVIF camera connected to VORTEX Connect failed to display live view & playback on the VORTEX portal.

View page refinement

Redesign the view interface by integrating the live and playback pages. Improve Multi-View functionality with added features like horizontal view for a more intuitive and simplified user experience.

The iOS version has already completed the view updates, while the Android version will initially focus on updating the Multi-View page, with further refinements planned for subsequent updates.
