PoE Switch Connection Status
You can now monitor the connection status of your VIVOTEK PoE Switches directly from VORTEX!
With the latest update, VORTEX displays whether your PoE Switch is Online, Offline, Unknown, along with its Last Seen information, helping you quickly identify connectivity issues without accessing each switch individually.
This feature supports VIVOTEK L2 Managed and Lite Managed PoE Switches connected through the VORTEX Bridge (RX9502).
To get started, update your VORTEX Bridge to the latest firmware (4.6.101.2.v09093001) . You can update the firmware directly through the VORTEX Web Portal or Mobile App (OTA).
