Customized Role

Roles are no longer limited to predefined options such as Viewer, Supervisor, or Admin. Organizations can now create and customize roles to define precise access levels that align with their operational needs, enabling greater flexibility and control over user permissions.

Access Control Integration – Brivo : Expanded Event Coverage

We’ve enhanced our Brivo access control integration introduced two months ago by adding support for 8 additional event types, including:

• Door held open / resolved

• Door forced open

• Failed access: out of schedule

• Scheduled unlocks (start/end)

• Controller tamper (active/cleared)

This update provides greater visibility into access-related activities, enabling more comprehensive monitoring and improved situational awareness.

Instant Audio Message

You can now manually trigger audio message from integrated Network Speakers when immediate intervention is required—whether for security incidents or operational needs.

In addition to existing capabilities like auto-play pre-recorded messages and talk-down, you can now select and play specific audio messages directly from Live View with a single click, giving you fast and intuitive control during real-time events.

This enhancement enables operators to respond more quickly and communicate more effectively on-site.
