Now users can snooze the alarm for any customized period of time in alarm management. This feature is available in both app and user portal.
PoE switch management
VIVOTEK PoE switch can now be associated with VORTEX Connect & VORTEX Connect PRO. The associated switch can be used for device management and functional applications in the VORTEX portal.
Enhancements
The camera selection list includes snapshots to help users visually choose the camera they want.
Access event can get snapshot send from VORTEX Connect PRO.
