Users consider two pricing elements for VORTEX services: (1) lineup (2) license fees including cloud backup duration.
They acquire cameras suitable for their needs and environments, then subscribe to licenses for cloud-based service function. Flexible cloud backup plans accommodate varied needs.

VORTEX offers different warranty for different products, and the hardware warranty for VORTEX cameras lasts up to 10 years from the original purchase date with a continuous license subscription.

*The definition of "VORTEX Camera": a 'VORTEX camera' as a VIVOTEK-manufactured camera with firmware designed for seamless compatibility with the VORTEX platform.

*If SD card is broken and request RMA, the data stored in the SD card will be lost. VORTEX doesn't offer data transfer service

*If Cameras are shipped back for RMA, data stored in SD card of the impaired cameras will be not be kept, but the corresponding data stored in the cloud will be saved and transferred to a new device, and the remaining license of the original cameras will continue on.

If you need to return a camera, we follow VIVOTEK's standard RMA policy. This makes the return or exchange process straightforward and easy.
