User Portal 

Additional Cloud Backup 

We're thrilled to introduce an exciting new feature on the User Portal! With the additional cloud backup you purchased through our reseller, you now have even more control over your surveillance system. In addition to the existing camera settings, where you can decide to enable/disable and choose backup schedules, we've enhanced the Video playback, Deep search, and Message center functionalities.

From now on, the time range you can review and explore in these features will dynamically adjust based on the cloud backup retention plan you've selected. This means you can seamlessly access and playback recorded video data for a longer period, allowing you to go back in time and extract valuable insights.

SD Card Status 

SD card status is shown on VORTEX portal under device system information.
